Generally speaking, we are able to manufacture all parts according to the customer's drawings, and we also have a wide range of standard products (wood screws, sheet metal screws, plastic screws, lag bolts, hinge screws, studs, drywall screws, metal screws).

Our vision

Specialized in the distribution of fastening products and other metal parts for the industry, INTERMETAL is able to meet all types of needs, both on the commercial and technical levels

All the products offered correspond either to the standards in force (ISO - DIN - NF - EN - ASTM or others) or to specific specifications of the customers.

 

For users working in production lines, we maintain exclusive and special stocks on our premises, allowing us to provide a "just-in-time" service.

All our goods are subject to a preliminary control by our quality laboratory. The checking process of the mechanical characteristics of our products is entrusted to a COFRAC laboratory.

Quality control

INTERMETAL ensures the strict respect of the procedures for parts manufactured.

The management of traceability and sampling of production batches guarantees strict security to our customers.

All fasteners, in guaranteed quality class, are tested by an independent COFRAC certified laboratory.

A test report certifies for each traceability number the characteristics corresponding to the ISO 898-1, 898-2 standards...

As part of our IATF 16949-2016 compliance, we provide a complete PPAP for each item delivered.
